Emilia (Amy) Florentina Kozak, passed away July 28, 2019 in Minnedosa, MB at the age of 93 years.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Minnedosa United Church with Rev. Kathy Platt officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations in Amy's memory may be made to the Minnedosa Personal Care Home's Activity Department.
