Donna Lenore Mulligan

Donna Lenore Mulligan of Neepawa, Manitoba passed away May 7th, 2022 at Country Meadows Personal Care Home at the age of 76 years.

Donna was born January 11, 1946 at the Ste. Rose Hospital to Mike and Audrey Reinson.  She was raised in Ochre River, Manitoba, until the age of 10, when the family moved to McCreary, Manitoba. This where she found the love of her life, Murray. They were married August 20, 1965.  Donna worked as a waitress at Freddy’s Grill and as a cashier at Little’s Drug Store.

As the years past, Murray and Donna moved to Fairfax and then onto Swan Lake, Manitoba, but they eventually found their home and settled down in Neepawa.  Donna worked in the local drug store for a few years until her disability prevented her from doing so.  In January 2012, the MS caused Donna to move into Country Meadows Personal Care Home.

Donna enjoyed playing cards, listening to music, cooking, watching tv and movies, socializing with friends and family and loving any animal she could get her hands on.  Donna was a kind-hearted soul who always had a smile on her face and she loved to laugh.  She loved to reminisce and share stories from her past.

Left to cherish her memory is her devoted and loving husband Murray, her sisters Eileen and Norma, sister-in-laws: Faye, Eva and Shairanne, and many nieces, nephews and friends.  She was predeceased by her parents: Mike and Audrey, her sister Ethel, her brothers: Ivan and Mervyn, her brother-in-laws: Bill, Bud and Jack, and her sister-in-law: Mary 

The family would like to thank the staff at Country Meadows Personal Care Home for their kindness and compassion offered to Donna during her years there.
