James “Jim” Dudman passed away peacefully at age 83 years old with his family at his side at the Minnedosa Hospital Centre on December 6th, 2023.
He was preceded by his parents Ted (Pop) and Dorothy Dudman, wife Esther and brothers, Jack and Barry.
He is survived by his sisters Fern and Pat and his brothers Tom and Glen, as well as many nieces and nephews and their families.
Jim was born in Erickson, MB on November 28, 1940. He took his schooling in Onanole MB. Jim became a mechanic and owned and operated a service station in Clear Lake. He later leased and managed the Clear Lake Golf Course for 10 years. He later developed the Lakewood Hills Golf Course at Onanole. He was the owner of Buffalo Resorts, better known as Doners Lodge in Clear Lake. His contributions to his community and family are endless and will be included in a detailed obituary at a later date.
A private family service will take place at a later date.
