Mary Avis Adamson

ADAMSON:  It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Avis Adamson on August 6, 2025 the age of 92 in the Minnedosa Personal Care Home.

Mary is survived by her six children: Eric, Rebecca, Trudy, Terri, Phyllis and Scott. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. As one of nine siblings, Mary is survived by your youngest brother Wendell.

Mary rarely was one to talk about herself but on occasion she would share fond memories from her childhood on the farm and her adult life in Minnedosa. Mary ensured that life would be more interesting as she somehow always made room for each and all visiting family members.

She loved puzzles, playing cards, and watching golf or curling on TV. Most of all Mary loved her family and they loved her. Mary’s greatest legacy is her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

We wish to thank all the staff of the Minnedosa Personal Care Home and Dr. Onyshko for the excellent care they provided.
