Nathan Ike Gross

Nathan Ike Gross passed away peacefully in Neepawa, Manitoba at Country Meadows Care Home on May 29, 2022.  He is survived by his son Kevin Gross and Kevin's wife Natalie Sauve Gross and grandsons Tyson and Nolan Gross along with his relatives at Rolling Acres Colony. 

Nate had a passion for all animals, the outdoors and spent many years as a truck driver and a blacksmith.  What he was known for, most of all, was his love and incredible talent for training thoroughbred horses throughout Calgary, Edmonton and Phoenix. During the 1970’s and 1980’s he trained many winners, but his accomplishment was measured by the great care he provided to the horses he loved.

A very special thank you to the people at Country Meadows for the exceptional care they provided him over the last few years.
