Roger passed suddenly on February 26, 2021 in Riding Mountain, Manitoba. Beloved husband to Laurie (née Benzie), cherished father, grandfather, nephew, uncle, and friend. Roger was pre-deceased by his father, Jean Marc, mother Simone, and son, Garrett. Born in Mattawa, Ontario, Roger enjoyed his many careers including military service, mining, and forestry which brought him to regions across Canada from Alberta to Ontario. He was a busy body who worked hard but was happiest on his quad or in his boat, fishing, exploring, and touring followed by a solid nap or time with his family. He loved to tinker, was always looking for something to fix, and enjoyed a funny movie or an old country western book. Roger was a gentle man with a generous spirit, quiet humour, and a boisterous laugh. We will miss him terribly. Talk to you later, Gibberish Man. At Roger’s request, no service will be held.
